Managing Counsel
Osita holds a Master Degree in Law and was called to the Nigerian Bar over 39 years ago. Immediately after graduation, he was engaged in active legal practice in the Law firms of Ubani-Ukoma Law firm and Awa-U-Kalu & Associates where he rose to the position of Managing Solicitor. While at Awa-U-Kalu & Associates 1986 – 1993, he practiced law in all levels of the Nigerian Court from the Magistrate to the Supreme Courts.
In 1994, he joined Eagle Bank Limited (Now a part of Zenith Bank) as the Company Secretary & Legal Adviser. In addition to heading the Legal Department of the Bank, he was also a member of Bank’s Management team.
Mr. Mbamalu left in 2002 and thereafter commenced Legal practise in MAGNA KONSULTS as the Managing Partner. His wealth of experience comes in handy in dealing with security documentation and perfection, trademark and designs, debt recovery, assets realization, and matters relating to Banking and Finance Law. He is also vast in Litigation and Procedural Law. Presently his practice of law is majorly in the area of trademarks, debt recovery and commercial litigation within the Higher Courts of the Nigeria judicial system. He is the managing Counsel
Head of Chambers
Udemezue holds a Bachelor Degree in Law and was called to the Bar in 1996 and is the Head of our Eastern office located at Aba, Abia State. He has since been in private Legal Practise. He has a penchant for perfection of securities and other documentations such as tax, pension, immigration, work permits and residence permit. Udemezue Esq. is also grounded in Civil and Criminal Litigation.
Senior Associate
George holds a Bachelor Degree in Law and was called to the Bar in 1987. He also holds a Masters Degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos. Since his qualification as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he has remained in active Legal practice, he has also acted as Solicitor to some Banks and Multi-National Companies. He has a flair for criminal prosecution, negotiations and settlement of agreements. He is also an expert in Industrial relations and Labour matters.
Senior Associate
Nwabueze was called to the bar in 2003 after obtaining a Bachelor of Law Degree from Abia State University, Uturu. Immediately after his National Youths Service he commenced Legal Practice in Company of K.I.P Nwankwo & Associates. He joined this firm in 2005 and has since then acquired immense experience in drafting of court processes and litigation generally. He has a flare for matters touching on telecommunications and land. He is also deep in criminal prosecution and defence.
Associate
Chinedu joined the firm in the year 2023. His interest is in criminal litigation. He is in charge of interviewing of clients and laying out the gist of their various cases in a manner that reveals their challenges. In this regard he is particularly skilled in liaising with defendants facing charges in Higher Courts.

Cyril holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Lagos, in addition to a Higher National Diploma in Library Science from the College of Technology Owerri, Imo State. He is grounded in Legal drafting and therefore interfaces with most corporate entities we work for. He was 14 years post call experience and is also versatile in criminal and civil litigation.
Associate
Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Lagos where he obtained a Bachelor of Law Degree. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the same University. He was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2008 and has since then remains in active legal practice. He is a specialist in commercial litigation and debt recovery.
